Most business owners develop a series of organizational change strategies for the successful enterprise transformation, re-establish the way of business management and transforming the crisis of the organization's collapse into an opportunity. Therefore, organizational change is very important to the overall development of the organization.
This research use the case study method by in-depth interviewing for four senior executives from A company, client of the author company, by sharing the experience of won the award of the government happiness enterprise related awards to discuss the key success factors of organization change from the organization change-driven and change process. This study finds that the process of organizational change is imperative, it will lead to the crisis of the company’s collapse if the current organizational change strategy and stage are not in progress. The followings are the summaries of this research in the organizational change phase and key elements:
The first stage to achieve the enterprise transformation vision of organization change is to establish the strategic direction, to open the stage of transformation and to implement the phased goal. The key successful factor relies on the determination of senior executives to participate and to transform throughout the process by planning and preparing the professional cross-functional team, improving the high temperature and high heat environment inside the factory, to promote the comfort working environment for the employees, and also using operation management strategies to eliminate the internal factional struggle problems.
The second stage is to revise and recovery, to shorten the lengthy process and to streamline by adjusting to new enterprise model. The key successful factor to be out of the red relies on the way the senior executives manager lead by example to motivate the employees, to import the concept of lean management and to strengthen the training of talent cultivation and education, to improve the certainty between the employees and the organizational culture.
