Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 106 === Taiwan’s agricultural population is gradually aging and under such circumstances, agricultural machinery plays a significant role. It helps farmers to relieve their heavy workload and make up for the shortage of manpower. However, most of the literature related to agricultural machinery in the past were technological development types such as mechanical innovation and fuel utility, and the commercial type was rarely used as the research direction. Therefore, this study based on the research framework proposed by Lütkemeyer Filho, MG, RoeheVaccaro, GL, & Cesar de Freitas, E. (2015) and the influencing factors proposed by past scholars to design the research framework of this study, and then use personal in-depth interviews to find out the factors that affect B2B customer satisfaction.
The results of the study found that in addition to the prices mentioned by scholars in the literature, the factors that affect B2B customer satisfaction include the future development of the product and the supplier's background. In terms of service quality, customers place special emphasis on tangibles reliability, responsiveness, and assurance. It is suggested that those who are interested in engaging in the agricultural machinery industry should use these factors correctly and get more profitability in the future.
