Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 106 === This study based on the “Views of Entrepreneurial Opportunity” to explore the reasons for the formation of seal industrial clusters in Taiwan, and proposed the integrated view of “economics”, “ecology” and “entrepreneurship.” In the previous research, the formation of industrial clusters was rarely discussed through the views of entrepreneurial opportunities. Therefore, this study explored the reasons for the formation of industrial clusters with the views of entrepreneurial opportunities. This study also believed that the industrial clusters may be formed under the influence of the same prior knowledge when the opportunities which were not fully used arise. The sources of data were based on personal in-depth interview and supplemented with the secondary data. The subjects of this study are four representative manufacturers within the seal industry in the middle of Taiwan. Through the analysis about how each manufacturer selects the location, this study shows the following results: I.The formation of industrial clusters is the result from the opportunities which were not fully used, entrepreneurs’ same prior knowledge that affects the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities and the fitting of the entrepreneurial strategies. It keeps expanding in this cycle. II.The formation of industrial clusters is the result from the entrepreneurs’ consideration of the view of economics, ecology and entrepreneurial opportunity. III.The formation of industrial clusters locations is the result that the enterprises transformed after the entrepreneurial environment changed. IV.The formation of industrial clusters locations may be influenced by the governmental plans and the injection of resources.
