Not only the early dementia patients usually don’t aware their symptoms, but also the family members don’t care about the abnormal disorder behavior, causing most dementia patients to delay treatment, which in turn causes the disease to worsen. For facing the incomprehensible behavior of dementia family members in the early stages of dementia and the disordered behavior of patients with suspected early dementia, family members should learn how to evaluate and seek medical attention as soon as possible. Therefore, the target group of this study is the retired silver-haired family and their families. It aims to help the retired silver-haired family members to help the family members to achieve the dementia assessment of the effectiveness of the test scale in the game activities with the patients through the evaluation of the product design of the scale. This study collects clinical dementia assessment tools and non-drug treatments through the literature, and analyzes the evaluation tools and non-pharmacological adjuvant treatments suitable for home-based silver-haired households. The pros and cons of patients' activities at home are analyzed. The design of the game activity, and the design of the activity was discussed and revised by the semi-structured interview method and the nurses of the Douliu Chaoyang Elderly Maintenance Center. The activity design was proposed for the target group, and then the activity intelligence was observed by the non-participatory observation method. Test and paper MMSE intelligent detection, through the analysis and integration of contextual insights, analyze the interaction and lack of people, machines and rings in the previous and second tests, and confirm that the design of the activity is consistent with the score of the paper MMSE test. Then use the affinity graph method to integrate the observation and analysis data to obtain the final design policy of the MMSE intelligent scale materialization to achieve the discussion of this paper.
