Manufacturers must have flexible customization and rapid response to a large number of customized capabilities to quickly meet consumer demand. The shoe manufacturing industry adopts a typical flexible flow production system because of the complexity and diversity of its product structure. The cutting center is the key making process to the shoe and has a higher degree of automation than other departments. Therefore, this study focuses on the scheduling of this center. Questions are explored. Advantages of using unrelated parallel machine to support each other's production, taking into consideration the visual horizon of production and delivery deadline, minimizing the total number of change die, minimizing the max makespan, maximizing the total number of completed orders, and minimizing the mean tardiness. And construct a heuristic algorithm to solve the problem. It is expected that the overall production efficiency can be improved. WU, CHENG-HAN 吳政翰 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 63 zh-TW
