The candidates are separated to two groups and receive different remindings, semantic reminder style and quantified the reminder style. Both types are in accordance with the fatigue in critical factor design. The semantic style of reminder is text description, and the content of quantified reminder style is text description and quantity value. Finally, effectiveness of the variable remind mechanism will be discussed, and also the difference of the effectiveness with the semantics reminder and quantified reminder will be analyzed. The analysis, by random forests to examine the variables of the life style from the participants and using the average of the factor as the input parameter. The output parameter, on the other hand, is the score of the checklist individual strength questionnaire after reminding the participants. Concerning the group of the quantitative and oral-reminding, the most important factor in affecting the extreme fatigue on performing score is the amount of the drunk water. The general fatigue in the same group, is affected mainly by the time of doing exercises. As for the participants becoming fatigue, in the quantitative-reminding group, the most influencing factor on the score is the total sleep of the participants; however, for the oral-reminding group, the time of doing exercise is the most vital factor. Regarding to the participants preventing from the fatigue, in the quantitative-reminding group, the result shown that the most important factor of influencing the score is the amount of the drunk water; however, for the group of the oral-reminding, the total sleep affecting the most on the fatigue score.
