In the aged society, disability is an important issue for medical treatment and long-term exposure. However, Frailty is an important risk factor for disability. The effective sample size of this study was 19,200 participants. Among the participants, 53.1% were female and the mean age is 73.1+/-6.6. For frailty assessment, it was similarly between male and female but increased with age. This study explore the Frailty of independent variables and its associated factors. The results shows that the elderly population has low awareness rates for hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia. In addition, it had a high 36.8% rate of pre-frail, indicating that it is necessary to improve the health promotion for the elderly population. The research results are expected to support the government to make the health policy for optimizing the preventive medicine to enhance primary prevention function, extending health literacy with health life style to preventive health care, increasing vitality, reducing disability, promoting the health and well-being of the elderly and enhance the quality of life.
