Without their participation, community home health care will be difficult to promote smoothly. The researcher hope to conduct further research on the connotation of their work by in-depth interviews and make an observation to find out the changes in work stress and the impact of work on physical and mental health. The integrated home health care has only just started in Taiwan. There are not many relevant documents concerning domestic home health care practitioners in our country, and foreign documents are not definitely suitable for domestic home health care because of large differences from their own culture. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore firstly which problems nurses encounter during the transition of integrated home health care and the role that nurses play in the home health care team in the unique social, cultural, and medical field of Taipei and secondly try to provide suggestions for improving the working environment and working conditions of the nurses of integrated home health care.
