The overall advantage is the market share of competition. Based on this theoretical basis, SCOTT analysis is then used to measure the company's own strengths and weaknesses to assist in its overall judgment and make correct decisions, and use multi-attribute decision analysis methods to improve the quality of decision-making. This is the purpose of this study. The range of Taiwan's Lanchester rule for the Southeast Asian market is 0.20, and Taiwan is 3 to 10 times less competitive than other countries. The strategy for Taiwan's cross-border electronic commerce to enter the Southeast Asian market is (1) the establishment of a cross-border e-commerce infrastructure environment and (2) the cross-border e-commerce energy distribution entity channel for small and medium-sized enterprises to open up new southbound markets.
