A total of 80 people participated in this pilot study. The structured questionnaires and in-depth interviews were used as data collection tools to analyze the the influences of lifestyle, eating habits, and stress on colorectal cancer. The results of the current study were as follows: 1) the majority of patients suffering from colorectal cancer were male with 51-65 years of age, women with 51-65 years of age; 2) in cancer staging: men and women were majority at the phase III; 3) stress and lifestyle of rare exercise were factors causing colorectal cancer; 4) fried foods, meats, and frequently eating out were closely related to colorectal cancer. In conclusion: The occurrence of colorectal cancer is closely related to lifestyle, eating habits and stress. And the risk of occurrence may also be affected by other factors. The age of getting cancer may be getting younger and younger. This study will provide clinical cancer patients understanding th situation of their cancer and reducing the risk of getting cancer.
