This research apply fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,based on questionnaires to professionals and scholars asking for opinions on which biometric method is most appropriate for further development in customer market. The process sets in three levels, the goal is to evaluating the most suitable biometric technique for mobile payment; the target is divided into cost, biometric technique, and customer acceptance; criteria is separated into maintain cost, installation cost, correct answer fill rate, mass recognition convenience, recognition distance, health risk, privacy and payment risk. The result of the study defines that face recognition is better for mobile payment than iris recognition, the result not only shows in cost, and also in customer acceptance.
