This study conducts in-depth interviews with two types of objects, one is the boss of the same industry, and the other is the senior colleague of the case "CB-SPA". Through the interview of research and design, the key points for the internal entrepreneurship of the beauty industry are as follows.
1. The boss's critical view of beauty industry's internal Entrepreneurship
Internal entrepreneurship is the best way to quickly replicate successful experience; persistence and ambition are the greatest beliefs of internal entrepreneurs; cross shareholding creates higher profit and performance; the effect of the special responsibility for the development of the product development of the parent company; the parent company fully supports new internal entrepreneurs; the task of the parent company and the new entrepreneur in the interior is clear; well use of group power and the advantages of multiple services; pay attention to the characteristics of common concept and high executive power; extensive recruitment of talents, and strengthen the management ability of internal entrepreneurs to get twice the result with half the effort.
2. The senior colleagues's critical view of beauty industry's internal Entrepreneurship
The main motivation of internal entrepreneurship is to make ourselves even higher; internal entrepreneurs need to have a complete experience in the industry; enthusiasm is the most important trait of new internal entrepreneurs; recognizing the contribution of parent companies to internal entrepreneurs; the newly internal entrepreneur is the continuation of the culture of the parent company; simple capital structure for internal entrepreneurs; internal entrepreneurs are the performance of team strength.
