Transformation and growth are the common issues faced by the industry. The success factors of the transition must include specific goals, strategies, and thorough execution capabilities. The key is how to change the existing business portfolio. Hair salons are specialized in arteries based on professional skills and human resources. As the information flow learning area is also diversified, and emphasis is placed on overall styling and multi-services, beauty is a holistic industry, but there has been no one-stop purchase from the past. This research project provides all-round, multi-faceted services for hairdressing, beauty, nail art, beauty eyelashes, bridal secretary, and overall styling. As it is a direct management agency for hair salons, it can provide customers with a more comfortable experience. This research is based on hair salon innovation operators as research samples and qualitative and qualitative research. It discusses the relationship between Taiwan's hairdressing industry's innovation management, education and training, and integrated marketing. There are 200 valid questionnaires, which are described through SPSS 22.0 software analysis. After statistical analysis, reliability analysis, variance analysis, regression analysis, and related tests for statistical data processing and analysis, the research results show that the three major aspects of Taiwan's hairdressing industry, namely, innovation management, education, training, and integrated marketing, interact and sort out Innovating and integrating the competitive advantages of thinking, the theme of hairdressing is extended to scalp care, wig-made, beauty, make-up, nail art, beauty eyelashes, tattoos and bridal secretaries. A number of overall modeling expertise and even business accessories such as coffee accessories and coffee refreshments have been added. In the future, the robot era can also use robots to carry out differentiated services and integrate innovative management strategies to maximize its features, establish uniqueness and provide complete and intelligent services.
