Summary: | 碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 運動教育研究所 === 106 === This study used autoethnography as methodology to explore a role changing process from a volleyball player to assistant coach in the National team. The purposes of this study included to explore: 1. the experience getting along with significant others while being a coach; 2. the paths and reflections of role changing between assistant coach and player; 3. how I re-found the enthusiasm and persistence for volleyball in this process. Data were collected from documents, videos, photos, training dairies and some artifacts. Although it was still difficult to rebuild the scene at that time completely, the researcher reconstructed the role changing process of himself and reflected on the process again. Furthermore, the researcher explored the deepest thoughts and faith as well. The researcher chose “quenching,” “exploring,” “passing passengers,” and “victory” as the themes of his “volleyball life” topic, and concluded the main content of “Elimination of difficulties” as “stepping from the origin,” “starting the journey,” “changing,” and “making a comma.”
