Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 教育行政與評鑑研究所碩士在職專班 === 106 === A Study on the Relationship Between Teacher’s Leadership for learning and Teaching Effectiveeness in Taipei Elementary Schools The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation of teacher’s leadership for learning and teacher teaching effectiveness in Taipei Elementary Schools, and the relationship between the leadership for learning of elementary school teachers, the teaching effectiveness of teachers, and the prediction of teacher’s leadership for learning on teachers' teaching effectiveness. This research sampled public and private elementary school teachers in Taipei City. The questionnaire for the " Taipei Elementary Schools Teacher’s Leadership for learning and Teaching Effectiveness Relationship Questionnaire" is used as a research tool, and a total of 886 valid samples tested. The data obtained were analysed by descriptive statistics, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression. The research conclusions are as follows: 1. The teacher's leadership for learning perceived by the teachers of Taipei elementary schools is of a high degree. 2. The performance of teaching effectiveness of teachers in Taipei elementary schools is of a high degree. 3. There is a significant positive correlation between the leadership for learning and the teaching effectiveness of Taipei elementary teachers. 4. The elementary school teachers' leadership for learning can effectively predict the teaching effectiveness of teachers. Finally, based on the above conclusions, the suggestions for educational administrative agencies, elementary school educators and future researchers are proposed.
