The interview participants consisted of 10 people like the administration supervisors, administration staffs, teachers and parents. A comprehensive analysis was subsequently performed on the basis of the interview data, school plan and document collected, the findings are as follows: 1. The motivation of implementing relationship leadership in the school enhances individual professionalism and increasing the effectiveness of school governance. 2.The activity plannings of community are dialogue platform, consensus meetings, and empowerment training. 3.The principal full authorization allows the members of the organization to complete the relevant tasks, and the effectiveness of the school must be improved. 4.The principal can put himself in the position of members of the organization, stand on the members' positions to recognize their needs and feelings, and members can actively pursue the goals given by the school. 5.The principal can fully treat the members of the organization with trust, ability andsincerity, and own the courage to follow the established measures and regulations, which will enhance the effectiveness of the members of the organization on the leadership of the school relationship. 6.The vision of the goal of the leader's construction must be continuously strengthened, and the members of the whole organization should be recognized and form a common vision of the whole school to enhance the effectiveness of the leader's school operation.
