The research subjects were public junior high school teachers in Taipei City. About the research data was collected by questionnaire survey and it used the "Questionnaire of teachers’ trust and teachers’ professional learning communities of junior high schools in Taipei City" as the research tool in the study. A total of 1000 subjects were surveyed with a returning rate of 84.5% and a total of 819 usable copies (81.9%) . The date was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The main findings of this study are as follows: 1.A medium-high performance is seen in the current situation of the teachers’ trust of junior high schools in Taipei City. 2.A medium-high performance is seen in the current situation of the teachers’ professional learning communities of junior high schools in Taipei City. 3.There are significant differences in teachers’ trust of junior high schools in Taipei City in terms of gender, current position, years of service, education background, school size, and school history. 4.There are significant differences in the effectiveness of teachers’ professional learning communities of junior high schools in Taipei City in terms of current position and years of service. 5.There exist high positive correlated relationship between teachers’ trust and teachers’ professional learning communities of junior high schools in Taipei City. 6.The teachers’ trust can highly predict the effectiveness of teachers’ professional learning communities of junior high schools in Taipei City.
