Description
Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 教育行政與評鑑研究所碩士在職專班 === 106 === This study surveyed the preschool teachers and caregivers in New Taipei City who took part in basic evaluation, attempting to explore their sense of identity with the effectiveness of basic evaluation, viz., their sense of identity with “the purpose of basic evaluation”, “the basic evaluation indicators”, “the implementation process of basic evaluation”, “the use of evaluation results”, and “the impasses encountered in the evaluation process.” This study employed questionnaire survey method, using the “questionnaire regarding the effectiveness of the basic evaluation implemented in the preschools in New Taipei City” to survey the preschool teachers and caregivers in New Taipei City. 600 questionnaires were distributed and 411 valid samples were received with a valid response rate of 75%. Various statistical methods were employed, such as frequency distribution, descriptive statistical method, Independent-Sample t Test and one-way analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA), to analyze the data acquired from the survey, and with the analysis results, this study interpreted the teachers and caregivers’ sense of identity with the basic evaluation as well as the teachers and caregivers’ difference in their sense of identity with the basic evaluation. Following conclusions were acquired after data was analyzed using statistical methods: 1.The preschool teachers and caregivers in New Taipei City exhibited a “higher-than-average sense of identity” with the effectiveness of the basic evaluation, “the purpose of basic evaluation”, “the basic evaluation indicators”, “the implementation process of basic evaluation”, “the use of evaluation results” and “the impasses encountered in the evaluation process.” 2.Preschool teachers and caregivers with different backgrounds exhibited no significant difference in their sense of identity with the effectiveness of “the purpose of basic evaluation”, “the basic evaluation indicators”, “the implementation process of basic evaluation”, “the use of evaluation results”, and “the impasses encountered in the evaluation process.” Last but not least, recommendations were made based on the conclusions and presented to the education authorities, public and private preschools for their reference when implementing basic evaluations, and were also presented to subsequent researchers for their reference when studying the related topics.
