Because of occupational specificities, as a result, they have little personal freedom. Even during vacations, they are temporarily recalled because of an urgent task. In particular, in recent years, the promotion of organizational structure by the national army has resulted in a substantial reduction in the number of posts of the national army. The workload of individuals has been relatively intangible and the work pressure has become increasingly heavy. From the research, it was found that when individuals feel work pressure, they will have psychological, physical, and joint tissue symptoms. Participation in leisure activities can slow the expansion of work stress and relieve tiredness and tension. The purpose of this study is to: 1. Understand the status of the national army in participating in leisure; 2. Understand the current situation of the work of the national army and the pressure caused by it; 3. The situation of different background variables of the national army in terms of leisure participation and work pressure. A total of 183 military sergeants targeting a military-government unit in the northern part of the National Army were recruited for the study. A total of 183 subjects were male, 147 male, and 36 female. A questionnaire survey was conducted using the “Recreation Activity Participation Scale and Work Stress Scale” questionnaire. 200 questionnaires were distributed and collected. 188 questionnaires and 183 valid questionnaires were analyzed by independent sample t test and single factor variance analysis. The main findings are as follows: 1. The national military’s participation in leisure activities is below the median, which indicates that the frequency of participation in leisure activities is low; 2. The overall average working pressure is equivalent to the median, indicating that the medium working pressure is felt. 3. Demographic variables are significantly different from work pressure in terms of gender, employment age, job title, class, leisure rate, and participation rate of leisure activities; 4. Demographic variables vary in terms of gender, leisure amount, and salary. Three factors, such as proportion and frequency of participation in leisure activities, are significantly different from participation in leisure activities. According to the research results, This research suggests that 1. Raise the National Military Non-commissioned Officer to engage in legitimate leisure sports to enhance physical and mental health.2. arouse the military personnel's attention to leisure life, and strive to enhance leisure quality and quality of life.3. the participation of leisure sports to relieve the pressure of work on weekdays, as a driving force for re-departure. Finally, the future can further explore the impact of other leisure factors on the work pressure of the National Army Lee, Li-Ching 李麗晶 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 77 zh-TW
