The subjects are twelve Karate team members of Taipei Municipal Xisong High School, and they are divided into two groups, the brain training group and the control group. The subjects of the brain training group receive extra 10-minute brain trainings twice a week for eight weeks while those of the control group receive the regular basic training the coach requires. They undergo the pre- and post-test. The data are analyzed by Independent-Samples t test and Paired-Samples t test. The findings are as follow: First, the pre-test scores of the brain training group are not significantly different from those of the control group in the technical performance of the three techniques. Secondly, the pre-test scores and the post-test scores of the brain training group significantly differ with regard to the three techniques. The pre-test scores and the post-test ones of the control group significantly differ only in the technical performance of Jodan Mawashi-geri. Thirdly, The post-test scores of the brain training group and the control group reveal significant differences in the technical performance with regard to the three techniques, and the technical performance of the brain training group is remarkably better than that of the control group. In the interview with the coach and the players afterwards, they further confirm that the brain training greatly enhances the players’ accuracy and speed of the three techniques. 蔡博隆 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 51 zh-TW |
