In 1981, the CCP official defined it as a "decade of catastrophe" through the "Resolution on Several Historical Issues of the Party since the Founding of the People's Republic of China." There are lots of related researches and movies about it. Simultaneously, Taiwan and the CCP compete for orthodoxy. There were many anti-ccp regime films published in Taiwan." The Coldest Winter in Peking" was one of the films aiming at "the Cultural Revolution". This thesis uses " The Coldest Winter in Peking " as the text to explore the influence of the background in such political films in Taiwan in 1981, and how the film director Bai Jingrui's personal historical consciousness affects the appearance of the film. And how the history textbook of the middle school in Taiwan teach the Cultural Revolution. Through the films and documentaries between the three sides of the strait, we can understand the differences in the cultural revolution records in different time and space. The study found that official records differ greatly from folk opinions. The folks value oral memory, diaries, and their own experiences. From the concept of historiophoty, the text presents how "the Cultural Revolution" is deeply influenced by relevant realities and historical consciousness. 1981, Taiwan was in a diplomatic political dilemma. Therefore, it constituted an excellent opportunity for the release of " The Coldest Winter in Peking".This had aroused the patriotism of the Taiwanese people with their enemies. The virtuality and reality in the film presents the real consciousness and historical consciousness of the era.
