After analyzing the benefits and effectiveness brought about by new Southbound Policy, I proposing some feasible approaches and related suggestions through the expertise interview from vocational training institutions. My study indicates that the promotion of personnel training program in new Southbound Policy shall encourage aggresively the participation of non-governmental resources, namely the technological college and junior college with aboundant academic research, and private vocational training institutions approved by the department of Labor. To develop economic growths and multilateral interactions with ASEAN in the future, the government shall establish and subsidize critical training programs linked to human resource development and funtional capability strategy.
