The demand of Lithium battery is increasing. Japanese manufacturer dominated Lithium battery market in the beginning. Taiwanese and Korean manufacture also join this market and take remarkable place. The manufacturer of Taiwanese, Japanese and Korean are leading this market now. In this research, we use case analysis to discuss bout the history and trend of Lithium market and competitive strategy and threat from a representative Lithium battery packer from Taiwan、Japan and Korea. The research object is from three different countries so we add Hofstede’s research of national culture about the influence of business management. We hope find the better competitive strategies and business management for Lithium battery packers though below questions in our research. 1.
