Description
Summary:碩士 === 稻江科技暨管理學院 === 幼兒教育學系碩士班 === 106 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of background variables of teachers and caregivers on intergenerational education service quality and re-participation intention, as well as to analyze the effect of intergenerational education service quality on re-participation intention. This study enrolled teachers and caregivers at Kindergartens in Taipei City as the subjects. This study distributed a total of 300 questionnaires, and 192 valid questionnaires were returned, with a valid return rate of 64%. The statistical analysis results of the data are: (1) the variables, gender and seniority, of teachers and caregivers have a significant effect on intergenerational education service quality, while the variables, age, educational background, professional qualifications, and workplace, do not have a significant effect on intergenerational education service quality; (2) the variables, gender and seniority, of teachers and caregiver have a significant effect on re-participation intention, while the variables, age, educational background, professional qualifications, and workplace, do not have a significant effect on re-participation intention ; (3) the tangibility, reliability, reactivity, care, and assurance of intergenerational education service quality have a significant predictive power for teachers and caregiver’ re-participation intention, and the dimension, assurance, has a most significant effect on re-participation intention. Five dimensions of intergenerational education service quality explain 74.2% of the total variance of re-participation intention. Lastly, this study proposed some practical suggestions for reference.
