| Summary: | 碩士 === 德明財經科技大學 === 資訊管理系 === 106 === The current “Universal Access Guidance for Government Affairs System” offers guidelines but inspection mechanism is incomplete. Furthermore, it is not mandatory for public agencies to comply with the guidelines. To allow disabled public servants to easily utilize government affairs systems, we must first establish a plan allowing for effective inspection upon the degree of accessibility for the respective systems. This paper performs a hands-on inspection of Taipei City Government’s New Official Document System based on a predetermined set of manual inspection benchmarks. Through discussions on the inspection process and requirement guidance, this paper seeks to offer advices and overall development directions to improve accessibility in government affairs systems.
