When choosing a medical center, the disabled pay attention on relieving pain and improving the condition. How to make the patients stick to your medical centers becomes a significant issue. Therefore, the study focuses on realizing present medical service quality and further to give some suggestion about the management of medical centers. The target group for this survey focuses on the disabled and their family. The participants answer the questionnaires online. This study uses the Likert 5-point scale method to design the questionnaires in the PZB service quality model. According to the factors affecting the disabled in the outpatient care and rehabilitation treatment, questionnaires will be made by specialists and scholars to test the validity and be modified as well. Then the pretest will be conducted on a small scale. After the questionnaires are collected, the invalidation questions will be corrected and deleted. Increase the reliability of the questionnaires and finalize the study. The questionnaire is targeted at the people in the medical centers. The participants scan QR CODE with mobile phones and tablets. A total of 222 participants complete the online response,9 are invalid questionnaires , and 213 are valid questionnaires. Among them, the movement-related structures of nerves, muscles, and bones, and their dysfunctions account for the majority. The medical centers care for the services that the disabled expect before and after the rehabilitation treatment under the professional medical technology of the clinic and rehabilitators. There is a positive effect (p<0.05). Quality of medical service will improve through the professionals and equipment. At the same time, medical centers should take into account the needs of the disabled in the transportation. In the competitive medical environment , this study result will provide medical centers with decision-related references for the disabled, health care system and convenience of integrated medical environment in the future.
