It mainly discusses the test and impact of the marketization of interest rates on the banking industry. From the perspective of Taiwan consultants, it studies the effects of education and training on the services and performance of mainland Chinese banks. This study confirms from empirical results. First, the bank''s project education and training can indeed bring about a significant increase in the effectiveness of banking financial product sales. Secondly, to improve the bank''s service level, and to improve the quality of the banking customer''s structure, as well as to enhance the quality of service and sales performance. Thirdly, the optimization of the operation process of the bank''s business hall constitutes the main key to enhance the overall performance of the bank.
