Through the Deployment of virtual environments, it also face the problems encountered in the virtual environment. This Master’s thesis uses actual cases to sort out the cases of virtual environment projects and analyzes the types of problems. Hopefully, through actual cases, future problems can be used as case references in the future. This study is to case analytics. The data of the cases are from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2016. A total of 200 cases were used to discuss the two types of virtual and storage class cases in the virtual environment to conduct case ana lytics According the study, it was found that: (1) The number of virtualized problems, the top three common problems were in order, abnormal types (34.9%), types of installation and adjustment (27.1%), and upgrade problems (12.4%). (2) The number of storage problems, followed by the top three common problems, installation and adjustment (28%), abnormal problems (24%), software problems (22.5%). (3) The virtual environment handles people days. The top three are in the order of 1 week (49.5%), 1 day (35%), and 2 weeks (8%). The problem is mostly handled within one week. According to the 200 cases of virtual environment, the problems encountered and the method of solving the problems were sorted out to serve as guidelines for the use of educational training and maintenance manuals, and they could be used as references for future reference. The study proposes the following suggestions: (1) In the future, the part of the human resources for planning can be allocated by referring to the ratio of 64.5% of the virtualized category and 35.5% of the stored problem category to facilitate the increase of work efficiency. (2) To provide 200 cases of virtual environment problems, and how to improve the use of resources allocated to the virtual environment and the problems faced in the future when the project is implemented in the virtual environment.
