Summary:碩士 === 淡江大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士在職專班 === 106 === The purpose in this study aims to understand the relationship among job stress, reward system and job performance in management information system engineer (MISE). Documentation analysis and questionnaire survey are used as the study method. The questionnaire respondents are the MISE in Taipei, and there are 321 respondents in total. The study tool is “questionnaire of management information system engineer’s job stress, reward system and job performance”. According to the data analysis, the result shows that: I. MISE’s job stress, reward system and job performance are all at a medium-high degree. II. Background variables, such as age, educational background, years of working experience, and monthly income, can affect MISE’s job stress. III. Background variables, such as age, years of working experience, and monthly income, can affect MISE’s job performance. IV. The job stress in MISE has significantly effects on job performance. V. The reward system in MISE has significantly positive effects on job performance.
