The study reached the following results: 1. Average level of Internet sexual behavior among university students was "mild addiction". 2. College students engaged in Internet sex activities, in"gender", "female" is higher than "male"; in"grade",the "fourth grade" is the highest.; in"academy","foreign language college" is the highest.; in" having sexual partner or not "," having sexual partner " is higher than " no sexual partner "; in"parental status", " separation " is the highest. 3. As we talk about the channel that college students engage in Internet sex activities, “Dating APP”is the main channel. 4. There is a significant difference in the possibility of college students engaging in Internet sex because of having sexual partner or not. 5. Big-Five Personality Traits of college students achieved significant differences due to the differences of "gender", "grade", and "whether there was a regular companion." 6. In Big-Five Personality Traits, “conscientiousness” has negative correlation with the possibility of college students engaging in internet sexual behavior; “Neuroticism” has positive correlation. 7. The basic personal background information including “Having sexual partner or not”between college students have higher predictive power on internet sexual behavior. 8. Two of the five major personality traits including “Conscientiousness” and “Neuroticism” between college students have higher predictive power on internet sexual behavior. Lastly, the findings and results of the research can provide practical advice to practitioners and future researchers also become the reference for professional counselors and research in the future.
