Due to the shortage of basic labor force and rising wage costs, the production costs have been raised and faced with the oversupply of oversupply in the market. Various manufacturers have been competing for price. In order to enhance sustainable competitive advantage, Timely delivery, rapid response or delivery integration, we must integrate the company''s internal information, the establishment of an information platform for the wire and cable industry an important task.
This study takes the electric wire & cable industry as an example to discuss the key factors and tactics of the information integration platform. Taking DEMATEL analysis as the empirical research tool, the result shows that the organizational structure is the most crucial when the electric wire & cable industry is introduced into the information integration platform the elements of.In each subcontractor, the most important factor is the (commitment and support of senior management) (project manager communication skills) (expert manager leadership) and (system customization).
Hope that the results of this study to help more electric wire & cable industry successfully imported information integration platform.
