Description
Summary:碩士 === 淡江大學 === 美洲研究所亞太研究數位學習碩士在職專班 === 106 === The election of Xi Jinping as General Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), and as President of the People''s Republic of China (PRC), implies a new era for the Chinese dream and a different vision about socialism in China. Xi Jinping is not a common political figure. Its own ideology has been included in the Party’s Constitution, at the same level as Mao Tse Tung, becoming partisan philosophy and national values. In sixty- nine years of communist history in China, it is the first time that a contemporary political leader has achieved such a high distinction. Nevertheless, his political thought bears some relation to Confucianism. The resurgence of the Confucian philosophy in Chinese politics has a great impact on both, Xi Jinping’s public leadership and the creation of the new China.
