Digital technological tools have become one of the strategies of policy marketing, and as well as making stakeholders acquire information beyond the boundary of time and space. Within the scheme of public housing marketing of Taipei City Government, digital technological tools have been utilized to disseminate relevant public housing policy besides the issued papers, the public hearings, and the public seminars. Now the policy of smart public housing community only is introduced by professional website, the reviews should be taken to see whether the effectiveness of policy marketing could be built through digital technological tool.
The results reveal that the adoption of digital technological tool in the smart public housing community policy majorly should be based on the trustworthiness of the public, and the assessment of feasibility of the mechanism of digital technological tool operation. Importantly, the impact assessment of digital technological tool should continuously be examined and interfered to pursue the best effectiveness.
