Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 化學工程與生物科技系生化與生醫工程碩士班 === 106 === In the light of the oil shortage sent prices soaring. Therefore the most important thing is looking for the alternative energy. In recent years, the Green energy raise a burst of upsurge. In this study, we treated Green energy as the starting point and used the common terrestrial plants (Miscanthus) as a source of cellulose. After pretreatment with high temperature and pressure, we changed the size of the biomass . Then Miscanthus juice was extracted as a carbon source for the culture solution. By observing the morphology of colonies of eight kinds of bacteria and the quality of the liquid culture, we evaluated the potential of the Miscanthus juice to be the substitution of carbon source of a general commercial culture medium. Then, Saccharomyces cerevisiae was used to evaluate the ability of fermented bioethanol of Miscanthus sinensis and commercial culture liquid. At the same time, the change of sugar content of Miscanthus in different harvest seasons was observed and would affect the yield of fermented bioethanol; This experiment can achieve the goal of reducing man-hours, costs, waste of resources, and achieving maximum benefits.
