At present, there are many kinds of building performance simulation software on the market, and more well-known software including DOE-2, eQUEST, EnergyPlus, DeST, DesignBuilder and so on. This study simulates the power consumption of the ice water main unit of the air conditioning system using the eQUEST software. According to the existing building and climate data of the building, each ice water host is simulated in each temperature range from the summer temperature range of 26 to 38 °C. After the power consumption, the average COP value is calculated by calculating the power consumption of each ice water main unit, and the COP value of each ice water main unit is set up in a range of 100 tons per ton according to 31 combinations. Through the random forest algorithm of RStudio, the optimal power consumption of the ice-water host open-base combination under various loads is estimated. The energy-saving rate of the same combination of the same tonnage can reach 1.4~8.7%. This result proves that the ice water host is powered on. The importance of the strategy, such as the integration of the system analysis method with the monitoring software into the energy management system, according to the temperature and humidity measured by the monitoring equipment, the data is automatically imported by the simulation software and then analyzed systematically to achieve instant energy saving.
