Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 技術及職業教育研究所 === 106 === The purpose of this study was to understand the current situation of senior personality traits and life coaching effectiveness of secondary students of Senior High School in Taipei Metropolitan Area, and to explore the differences in senior personality traits of senior secondary school students in the Beibeidi area with different background variables, and to further explore the different personalities Differences between traits and student life coaching effectiveness. The study was conducted via self-structured questionnaire and subjects who has served as an Life counseling team leader’s of secondary students in Taipei Metropolitan Area . 299 questionnaries were distributed and 264 copies returned with effective recovery rate of 88.3%. Analyzing the received data by descriptive statistics, one-sample T-test, independent sample T-test,one-way Analysis of variance (ANOVA) analysis, significacant results showed as followed: 1.“Personality taits”is high among study samples, and the score of “emotionalstability” ranks the highest, along with“conscientiousness”、“extraversion”and“agreeableness” the score of“openness”ranks the lowest. 2.The overall “student life coaching performance” of Senior High School in Taipei Metropolitan Area has a medium or higher overall awareness of all facets, with “school life coaching” being the highest, followed by “social life coaching” and Emotional Life Guidance and Leisure Life Guidance are the lowest. 3.The “characteristic traits” of senior high school in Taipei Metropolitan Area have significant differences in “emotional stability” because of “gender” differences. In the “emotional stability” aspect, the male life counseling team leader’s is significantly higher than females life counseling team leader’s. 4.The "character of personality" life counseling team leader’s of senior high school in Taipei Metropolitan Area will be significantly different from the aspect of "affinity", "extroversion", "openness", and "emotional stability" because of "different years of life as a student and auxiliary group." Differences: In the “affinity”, “extroversion”, “openness”, and “emotional stability” aspects, life counseling team leader’s who are 6 to 10 years old are significantly older than the 16 to 20 years old life counseling team leader’s. 5.The “character of personality” life counseling team leader’s of senior high school in Taipei Metropolitan Area will be significantly different in the “extroversion” and “openness” aspects due to the difference in “educational level”. In the aspect of “extroversion” and “openness” At the same time, the educational level is very high, and the number of doctoral students in the auxiliary group is significantly higher than that of the student-assisted group leader in education. 6.The "personal traits" life counseling team leader’s of senior high school in Taipei Metropolitan Area will differ significantly in the "openness" aspect due to the "school attributes." In the "openness" aspect, life counseling team leader’s in the private schools will be significantly higher than that of public schools. 7.The “student’s life coaching performance” life counseling team leader’s of senior high school in Taipei Metropolitan Area will have significant differences in “school life coaching” due to differences in “personal traits”. In the “school life coaching” aspect, “emotional stability”, "Diligence and self-discipline" and "extroversion" are significantly higher than that of the "affinity" life counseling team leader’s leader.
