Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 技術及職業教育研究所 === 106 === This study was aimed to explore the willingness of bank employee to use e-Learning system in Technology Acceptance Model.And compare the differences in the perceptions of e-Learning system at different levels among bank employees with different background variables and their willingness to use in e-Learning system.
Questionnaire survey was used in this study, the content of the questionnaire divided into five phases:performance expectations, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, learning environment, behavioral intention. There were 445 questionnaires be sent and the recycled rate was 86.52%, the final effective questionnaires were 385 in total. The statistical method including frequency distribution, mean, t-test, pearson correlation analysis, path analysis, post-hoc comparisons and analysis of variance(ANOVA) were conducted with Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The major conclusions were list as follows:
The willingness of bank employees to use e-Learning system is upper middle level.
