Investigating the related trials between the domestic and foreign steel structure engineering. Setting the methods of member deformation capacity and intensity simulation which are apply to regulations of domestic steel structure engineering and current regulations of steel structure design. Writing automatic assisted program of nonlinear hinge analysis and setting, seismic evaluation. The purposes of developing automatic assisted program are simplify the process of hinge definition, making it compatible with the analysis software ETABS to reduce the time and procedure of analysis simulation. Considering the pushover analysis couldn’t handle the seismic behavior of high building precisely, the study holds the core value of the seismic evaluation regulations.
