There have been many studies to define potential changes in long extension of time. Including variations in types of equipment, system structure and system operation impact by process machine. These reports include actuate mathematic analysis and simulations. Most of the focus on the specific object. All views for MEP system comprehensive assessment also focus on qualitative assessment. Pass through the experience of electromechanical system professionals insurance practitioners and the actual operation of the system. Collect any possible hazard from MEP factor. The use of table classification, mathematics of grouped weight calculation method. Proposed a set of percentage of quantitative indicators for MEP potential hazard, importing the model to nine projects. Final case index values mapping to verify the site actual situation. The index includes three sub-index and a main index, the management index, construction index and maintenance operation index are the three sub-index. The main index is the MEP system potential hazard index. It can provide data to decision makers as the focus of future implementation. In addition, it also can support application reference of insurance.
