Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 機械工程系機電整合碩士班 === 106 === The purpose of this study is to record plantar pressure and walking track of the pedestrian and develop a wearable insole which can be easily carried and transmits by Bluetooth 4.0. The capacitive pressure sensor is designed by flat upper and lower type electrode, when the sensor is subjected external pressure, which causes the gap between the upper and lower plate is reduced, and the capacitance value of the sensor changes, so the pressure is measured by this principle. Since the sensor has some minor error in the process, it is necessary to correct the sensor by means of air pressure on the calibrating machine, after the calibration is completed, a calibration table will be generated to perform operation on the program, when the sensor is read out, it can be compared with the calibration table, the pressure on the sensor is obtained, therefore, an automatic calibration system is developed, the precision of air pressure control can be as high as the resolution of 0.01bar.
The system firmware uses TI CC2640 Bluetooth chip to read the capacitive sensor and the nine-axis inertial sensor and transmits the information of foot pressure and walking posture to the mobile phone, computer or SD card as data transmission and access. Quantifying the pressure, attitude and other information measured by the system, so as to do the back-end analysis later, including the numerical gravity of the left and right foot pressure, the position of the center of gravity, the center of gravity offset track, the gait analysis, the indoor positioning, the motion capture, Postural identification can provide physicians and therapists with more objective information.
