Under the conditions of how to improve customer satisfaction and service quality, hairdressing chain operators must actively improve talent cultivation, brand management and exhibition store efficiency in order to face the fierce business environment. This research visits the chain hairdressing industry related industry, from the theoretical and practical aspects, constructs a chain hairdressing shop strategic analysis framework and innovative service business model that considers market customer demand. The target set loss and profit and loss and profitability as the main reference items; most of the business circle survey and site survey. Although the success factors of the exhibition store are related to the business district and the site, the results of this study show that although the business district and site conditions are important, because the exhibition store is a considerable investment, many chain hairdressing industries have withdrawn from the market due to the failure of the exhibition store.
