With the rise of sustainable development, corporate governance became a critical issue. Corporate Governance (CG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) have evolved into new manifestations of economic development. Amongthe emerging or developed countries, the enterprises always be required to fulfill their social responsibilities in order to achieve the reciprocity principle of “take it from society and feedback it to society”due to being the social symbiosis with the society. Especially, this concept has been widely recognized by large companies and public companies in the developed or advanced western countries. Theoretical development of corporate social responsibility is constantly evolving with international guideline. In the process, some standards are still lacking integration which has led to a variety of standards incurred.It is overwhelming, and makingenterprise to invest a lot of resources in CSR. There have been very few companies that have spontaneously admitted their social responsibilities. Therefore, supervision through the norms of international organizations and national governments cannot be avoided.However, different countries for openness to accept on international corporate social responsibility principles, programs and standards are also different.At present, most of the relevant corporate social responsibility principles and guide lines are not mandatory in all of the world, but only to adopt as an encouraging measure instead. Being certain public offerings and listing companiesconfined with corporate governance (Environment, Society, and Governance /ESG), andbinding by some of the corporate social responsibility guidelines. iii With the globalization of economic development and integration, some companies have begun to transnational expand the reach of production and sales to many other markets and countries. These multinational corporations that have economic operating entities that spread across multiple countries.Under a precondition of making profitable, encountering with different human rights requirements from various regions and on labor employment laws, health care, environmental protection policies, participation in local special culture and society, community care and development, etc., how to develop cross-border corporate governance guidelines and corporate social responsibility in order to meet different operating management strategies in line with sustainable development, have become a very important issue for such companies.In this paper, the Thai-Taiwanese company “Jinpao Precision Co., Ltd.”, which listing in Taiwan stock exchange market, will be taken as an example to discuss the current situation of Thailand’s corporate social responsibility and understand the latest development of international corporate social responsibility in western countries,then illustrate a background as such a listed holding company in Taiwan but operating entity subsidiaries in Thailand, how to study and figure out an appropriate model or measure to fit the promotion of corporate governance, corporate social responsibility and sustainable developmentfor the multinational corporation.
