Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 管理學院EMBA大上海專班 === 106 === This study is aimed at investigating and discussing how the Taiwan practicer of aesthetic medicine can expand into the mainland China, by using analysis of external surrounding overall economic status, to access the environment of aesthetic medicine business. We use the analytic model of Michael Porter’s Five Force Model and application of PEST, combined with Business Model Canvas, to find the opportunity and threat. Regarding internal environment analysis, we acquired primary data via case study and secondary data via figuring out data. Combined with interviewing experts, we found out the advantage and disadvantage, finally utilizing the model of SWOT to come up with the strategy of management and operation, and suggestion for short-term, mid-term, and long-term strategy of operating.
As a result, our study served as a reference of operating and management strategy for Taiwan aesthetic medicine business to expand cross the strait, especially from the assortment of experts interview, analysis of internal and external environment. We hoped it can serve as a guideline to help Taiwanese aesthetic medicine business in the market of mainland China.
