Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 管理學院EMBA大上海專班 === 106 === EMBA is to provide students with more opportunities to study professional skills, especially for senior managers in the enterprise. This case academic institution helps participants to participate in a broader social stage through international and cross field activities. It has become the pioneer that the academic and industry has put attention and made imitation. Based on such excellent activities, this study tries to explore the possibility that the participants will transform their experiences into the operation of a future enterprise strategy alliance from the planning of the program, the competition process and the feedback of the effect. By this study, we found that Glocalynergy did help to reach the optimal contract theory, the aggregation and diffusion of multiparty social capital, and the synergy effect. However, there are still different levels of operation limitations in the various stages of this activity, and so far, there is no specific model of corporate strategy alliance. The activity and the analysis of the results of this study are not enough to be the basis for the construction of the enterprise strategy alliance. Therefore, it is suggested that the sponsor can try to expand the scope of the activity from the way of the Glocalynergy activities.
