Although Chinese cutter manufacturers have high level manufacturing techenology in “Easy-to-Tear” bags, It’s still not easy to access the good quality of packaging materials. Therefore, the consumers’ behavior have been changed in the industry, and the integration of internal and external in the food manufacturing industry has transformed into a new business model. In view of the current severe situation, the Chinese cutter industry should review the situation, take the market demand as the guidance, adjust the industrial structure, improve the product quality, and develop new cutter tools for the people’s livelihoolds such as automobiles, high-speed rail and home appliances.Looking around the popular industries such as machinery, mold and energy in recent years, the Chinese cutter tool market is very promising. Nowadays, China has become the top leading country in machine-building industry worldwide. In the near future, the world’s most important cutter tool market will be in China. Whoever dominates the Chinese market will also lead the globa market. How to take an important roll in the Chinese cutter market is the topic of this thesis. This study uses S company (Chinese factory) as a case to discuss and analyze the company’s strategy and business model in order to formulate the short, medium and long-term plans, such as the concept of converting the cutting knife user to manufacturer. Synchronize the related cutter industry chain to face the market competition and challenges, and create a promising market in the end.
