In this thesis, we proposed a Multilevel Coset coding scheme. The multilevel component codes which are constructed from Reed-Solomon codes and short block codes. Since we use a multistage decoding algorithm, the decoding complexity is reasonable. The simulation results show that our proposed schemes have significant coding gains.
