According to the information of the Tourism Bureau in 2017, Japan is currently the country most popular for people to travel. In recent years, tourism-related businesses have mostly used questionnaires to understand the needs of the people, but they have ignored the public’s search for many travel-related information and reviews from social networking sites and online forums. The online information will be an important reference for the public. Therefore, we can start from the aspect of understanding the needs of the public through Internet information. Therefore, this study focuses on the social media platforms that people mainly concern, PTT and the fan pages of Facebook social networking sites under the premise of tourism in Japan. Due to the intensive nature of the articles comments, the content of the Internet postings was used as experimental texts, divided by seasons, processed and formatted, used as experimental data sets, input based on topic models, combined with time series, word vector models, and word clouds. , Conduct topic detection, visualization and trend analysis to assist tourism-related practitioners to understand the differences in trends and changes in the two platforms, then plan the travel itinerary.
