Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 建築系建築與都市設計碩士班 === 106 === The level of the integrity in living environment of the human and natural ecosystems reflects the quality of the human living environment. Urban residential development in this century has already entered the peak period. This research mainly investigates that the greening space of the ground will become increasingly scarce when the living environment of the human is under rapid urbanization, especially the core of Metropolitan area (such as Taipei City), that the level development of housing expands rapidly into the vertical development. It will face the human factor while using vertical greening to enhance the greening site of Multi-dwelling unit (MDU). As viewed from the human environmental indicator, the use of questionnaire data analysis the difference of acceptance in vertical greening for residents and quantify data through it. The questionnaire has been established indicators, has been designed related topic and has been done marketing survey previously through literary review. Also, it will modify the content of the questionnaire according to the answers of respondents. We set the citizens of Taipei City as our main target. We have designed a survey form and went through in a total of 212 valid questionnaires to support our theory; this which also included both interviews and emails. It comes to the conclusion of the result of research from SPSS to study and analyze that residents have different degree impact on the awareness for vertical greening based on their age,The study found that the age of the residents, the planting hobby, the related background, and the gender all have a considerable impact on the vertical greening perception. The general public agrees that the vertical greening has the highest percentage of purified air, followed by the cooling effect, and the green coverage rate. The preference for 25% green coverage is higher, and for the color system, the red color preference is 38.2%. At the same time, the green wall can increase the willingness to purchase the house, but it is conservative in terms of maintenance expenditure. The green wall should be constructed in the collective housing. Design with simple maintenance as a priority. This study provides conclusions and recommendations as a reference for the development of vertical greening of collective housing and active expansion of urban special green space research.
