The Study on Applying Circular Economy to the Evaluation Strategies of Community Planning

碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 建築系建築與都市設計碩士班 === 106 === In the past, with the development of a linear economy, the extensive use of natural resources by mankind, the excessive consumption of energy and the accompanying pollution have all contributed to the depletion of resources. More than 90% of Taiwans energy sources rely on imports and there is a lack of resources and minerals. Therefore, it is imperative to implement circular economy. In this study, I first reviewed the relevant principles and evaluation indicators of circular economy, community planning, and sustainable communities through literature review to clarify the background and definition of its development. Then use the examples of circular economy in each countrys communities to conduct case studies. Through theoretical and practical perspectives, we will explore strategies for the application of circular economy in community planning in Taiwan and build a circular economic evaluation system for community. And then the weights of respective factors were obtained using the Fuzzy Delphi Method （FDM） and Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP）, and based on the results of its strategy and recommendations. Finally, according to the results, it proposes planning strategies and recommendations for the future application of circular economy in the community or urban space. It is hoped that the concept of circular economy will be applied to real space planning and provide government reference. Research results show that resource cycle has high applicability and importance in community planning, and the concept of resource reuse and sharing is also important in community planning. However, there are also differences between the academic and industry perspectives on the application of circular economy. Therefore, this study proposes learning for foreign countries to promote the case studies of circular economy for the governments reference, and proposal for government policies to promote circular economy in the future. And also propose relevance of the circular economic evaluation system for community and the governments policy promotion. Finally propose the planning strategies for applying circular economy of community planning in the future for Taiwan.
