Based on public safety, up to 3,368 illegal constructions were law enforcement demolished in Taipei City from 2014 to 2016. However, the demolition materials are complex and it still lacks a complete norm of demolition, removal and feasibility assessment of the recycled materials from illegal constructions. In this study, the waste building materials were divided into decoration materials and structural materials according to the characteristics of illegally built roof in Taipei and the feasibility of reusing was evaluated. This study also explored the relationship between carbon emission and dismantling methods, waste building materials dismantling, transportation, recycling, reuse and final disposal and evaluated the best management plan based on the concept of urban mines and sustainable materials management. The results will provide a suggestion for the recycling process management of demolition materials and the development of relevant regulations. 邵文政 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 99 zh-TW
